When Jesus was crucified the Roman soldiers threw dice for his clothes which is a prophecy fulfilled from Psalm 22 (1000BC). As the OT was translated into Greek circa 270BC by Ptolemy II Philadelphus of Alexandria this shows the veracity of the prophecy and others like it from the OT.
